First — Happy World Card Making Day!

What an awesome day for card makers to hop to different blogs, make new friends and celebrate everything about card making! I’m marking the occasion by celebrating Sweet Stamp Shop’s Release TODAY of Monster Mash:

Use Monster Mash for family cards, new baby cards and of course Halloween – HELLO! Here is my take on this fun set. I used a little watercolor on these fun Monsters:

My watercoloring did not give me the same results as my copics but I think that adds a little character to these peculiar little monsters.

Funny Side Note: this card barely made it to press this week! Between being responsible for kiddie pick up and drop off this week when my husband was out of town,  extra early starts for special work projects, the occasional child grabbing a monster or two when I wasn’t looking, and I think one time I actually fell asleep coloring a set and messed up the whole page! So this card was a miracle to make this week!  This  post is a celebration in and of itself! I know many of you can relate?
