Hello, it’s Tyra and you might have come here from the Sweet Blog where I share a few examples of CAS Plus Color. Here is an example of how I used simple color to add emphasis to a sentiment:

Hello, it’s Tyra and I’m here to share one of the fun projects I created using stamps from the Sweet Stamp Shop’s January Release.
Check out the cute fox:
I used my die cutting machine to cut out some word bubbles and added these cheeky sayings inspired by this crazy funky song. Thank you, Ylvis.
And there is one more:
I love the Just The Basics sentiment set used to create this card!

It’s been while since I popped in. I will blame it on the recent snow invasion here in the US Midwest and a week of snow days for both school and work. So we are behind in this household! In any case, I wanted to pop in and share a few sneaks and bonus looks at what I have designed for the Sweet Stamp Shop. I am hosting a new series, “CAS Plus” where I (try my best) to show how to use I design elements on CAS (Clean and Simple) cards.
Last week I shared how I love using do-it-yourself journaling cards. Here is one look at one of the cards I created:
Today I’m sharing on the blog a few tips on using washi tape. Check out how I stamped a sentiment right on top of washi using (Staz-On ink):
Tip: using decorative edge scissors to give a distressed but consistent clean cut to the edges of your washi tape strips. I love how I found a new use for an old staple 🙂
Check back tomorrow for another project I created using the super cute January Release! Thanks for much for stopping by the blog.
Than so much for stopping by!

Here is my third post of the day, and the second entry into the Ready-Made Embellishment Challenge in the Moxie Fab World. I couldn’t stay away from creating another quick card with this cute Bella Blvd paper I found:
I die cut a piece of patterned paper to serve as the background. I also cut banners from the card stock and stick papers. I topped everything off with the “I love you” sentiment sticker. I scored the kraft card stock with several lines to add some texture. I hope you can see it in this photo. That’s all for me. Take care! xo- Tyra
Hi I’m checking in to share with you a little bit of awesome:
First, I was nominated for a Liebster Blog Award by the very talented Mayuri of the blog Candles In The Garden. Thank you so very much Mayuri! The Liebster Blog Award rules vary but are usually given to favorite blogs or bloggers with 200 followers or less. In turn, I can give this award to five other bloggers who inspire me. There are so many who inspire me, but for now, I will focus on a few. They are:
So to all of you — you truly rock 🙂
